Applications to the City of Richmond

I submitted an application for Certificate of Zoning Compliance in February - City responded that they will not accept applications until the ordinance is effective in July 2020.

Thank you for submitting the CZC application for a short-term rental at [Address Removed].  We really appreciate that you are trying to follow the proper protocol.   Council votes on the proposed legislation tonight, and if adopted, itwill not take effect until July 1, 2020.  We will mail what you sent back to you- if the ordinance is adopted tonight, please submit the application on or after July 1, 2020.
